We hope to take this opportunity to unite all of our neighbors to come together to eliminate the HOA.

We hope to obtain the support of at least  70% of our neighbors.  But would love to have the support of the entire community. 

The goal most HOA is to ensure community standards and to protect property values generally through hands on management of common areas and amenities as well as enforce agreed upon rules.

Unfortunately we do not have any common areas or amenities.  We previously had a playground however they removed it.

It is also our belief that we are all committed to maintaining the standards of our community and ensuring that our property values continue to rise.  We do not believe that we require outside reminders to maintain the quality of the neighborhood.
